To solve this problem, we developed "2Ply Paper Towels", bonding two pieces of paper with Bio-glue. Instead of deep embossing and suppressing, the paper layers are stuck together by the raised dots between them. The gaps between the dots and layers contain enough air. Hence, the quilted 2ply single-fold towel appears more fluffy than conventional. It retains both absorptivity and softness of the paper, creating favorable user experience. Degradable,Insoluble in water don't throw it to sewer.
